Welcome to Part 4 of the Hunterly Travels Holiday Gift Guide! All this week, I’m sharing my top picks for travel gear for the travelers and wanderlusters in your life.
Catch Part 1: Practical Gifts for the World Traveler, Part 2: Luxury Gifts for the World Traveler, and Part 3: Gifts for the Male World Traveler here.
Today, it’s all about the ladies. Here are thirteen gifts for the female world traveler:
1. eBags TLS Mother Lode Weekender Convertible – $99.99
I own this bag, and it’s one of my favorite backpacks for female travelers. It opens like a suitcase, and has a TON of pockets for easy organization, including a laptop sleeve, small-item organizer, water bottle holder, and forehead pocket. Seriously…this thing holds a ton of stuff, but because of the rectangular shape, it stays close to your body and doesn’t stick out too much. Plus, it comes with a shoulder strap if you’d like to convert it into a duffle-style bag.

2. Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail by Cheryl Strayed – $8.35
Never was there a more inspiring tale for female solo travelers than Wild. Made even more popular by the 2014 film starring Reese Witherspoon, Wild follows Cheryl Strayed’s journey to take back her life by trekking the Pacific Crest Trail alone. Truly inspiring!
3. LeSportSac + Rifle Paper Co Medium Travel Tote – $98
LeSportSac partnered with Rifle Paper Co. to create the world’s cutest line of travel-ready gear. This tote is stylish and functional, and considering LeSportSac’s high quality, it will likely last you for years.
4. Wanderlust Flip Flops by Hunterly Travels – $29.95
I couldn’t find any flip flops that proudly displayed my wanderlust, so I designed my own! More coming from the Hunterly Travels Collection in the future, but for now, show off your wanderlust with these ultra-fem flip flops. (Also available in Black, White)
5. Rifle Paper Co. 2016 Travel the World Calendar – $20
Because not every wanderluster can travel the world full-time. Gift this to your bestie to place on her desk in anticipation of her next vacation!
6. Pan Am Defiance Tote – $56
I’m a sucker for vintage pieces, and this bag is the next best thing. This nostalgic collection pays homage to a more romantic time of air travel…when the journey was just a glamorous and fun as the destination. I own a bag from this collection and found it to be ultra durable, high-quality, and roomier than I expected. Plus, it’s a great conversation piece. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stopped in an airport by people asking where they can buy one. Love it! You can find more from the Pan Am collection here.

7. J.Crew Excursion Quilted Down Vest – $120
I love this vest for travel to moderate climates. It’s far easier to pack than a full down jacket, and will still keep you toasty warm!
SALE: Get 40% off this vest. Enter code “GETGIFTS” at checkout. Offer ends 12/15 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
8. In the Palm of Your Plans Travel Set (Pineapples) – $44.99
If you’re looking for adorable travel gear, look no further. This set comes with a passport holder, a buttoned clutch and a luggage tag. It’s super cute and super functional for your favorite female traveler.
9. Hayden Reis Beach Bud Bags – $34
I got hooked on this bag when it was offered as a Birchbox Extra last summer. It’s an ultra-sturdy, coated canvas bag. You can throw in your bikini or other wet items to keep them separate from the rest of your clothes. Did I mention they come in super cute designs and colors?
10. Kate Spade Cedar Street Confetti Dot Travel Passport Holder – $78
Because really, nothing is cuter than polka dots.
11. Ily Couture Tourist Tee – $38
The word “tourist” has gotten a bad wrap, but I personally love this shirt! Any way to display my love of travel loud and proud is fine by me! Of course, you’ll want to be careful where you wear this. You don’t want to be a walking advertisement for pickpockets. 🙂
12. Bed Head Curlipops 1″ Tourmaline Ceramic Styling Iron – $29.99
This is the curling iron I have in my travel bag, and it’s fantastic! It’s dual voltage, so you can use it overseas, and because it’s clipless, it’s far lighter than other curling irons. Just don’t forget to bring the glove along on your travels!
13. See to Shining Sea Travel Wallet – $44.99
Because of the large size, I definitely wouldn’t call this a “wallet” per say, but I do think it’s a fantastic travel organizer for the girl on the go. This organizer has specified slots for your currency, airline/attraction tickets, visas/vaccination documents and hotel confirmations. There are also spaces for your passport, credit cards/loyalty cards and coins.
